Ulfgarth von Bergen. Per pale sable and Or, a cross urdy fitch argent and a cinquefoil vert. [Hearth Province.]

FOR THE KINGDOM OF THE EAST

Shlomo ben Shlomo. Potenty Or and gules, a winged wolf rampant argent. + 1 b.p.

Szeven za Daemon. Tierced in bend sinister sable, argent and vert; in bend a caltrop gules between two estoiles O. +2 b.p.

FOR THE KINGDOM OF ATENVELDT

Alraun (m). Bendy or and sable, a chief Or; overall a mandrake purpure leaved vert. + 5 b.p.

Avar the Boneless. Badge. Sable, a viper's head couped azure orbed gules.

John of Melniborne. Per pale azure and Or, a winged passion-nail, wings displayed, counterchanged. + 4 b.p.

Jonathan of Whitewolfe. Badge. Quarterly sable and gules, a demi-wolf rampant erased argent.

Ketra of Nordmanii (f): Tierced in pale purpure, sable and gules; a mill-rind Or. - 5 b.p.

[Snide comment: the device is potentially very simple and beautiful. It's putting the purple and the black right next to each other that caused us to subtract brownie points instead of adding them.]

Louellen of Whitewolfe. Azure, a squirrel argent.
NOTE: the convention is that in default, squirrels are shown sejant and nibbling on an acorn held between the forepaws.

Marlene of York. Azure, a mink involved between in pale a rose and a mullet of six greater and six lesser points all argent.
NOTE: A serpent "involved" is one rolled into a circle with its tails in its mouth, as drawn. I leave you to guess what this mink is doing. . . .

Master of the King's Musicke. A Flag. Per pale azure and argent, in canton a sun in glory, in the fly a Serpent (bass cornetto) azure pierced sable.
NOTE: The Serpent here referred to, and for that reason capitalized (as opposed to a simple "Serpent," snake), is the musical instrument. When the blazon is recited orally the alternative "bass cornetto" may be preferred, unless some clever herald comes up with a way of indicating majuscules in his voice. "Pierced" here, of course, refers to the finger-holes running up the side of the instrument.

Ruy d'Outé. Argent, the dexter tierce azure, in canton a wheel Or. + 10 b.p.

Samantha MacChluarain. Or annuletty sable, a mouse rampant sable. + 5 b.p. (and a slice of Emmenthaler.)

Schaibar of Lorien (m). Per fess Or and gules, a falchion inverted bendwise sinister counterchanged.

Tav-Alandil (m). Vert, bend sinister between a hawk close and a lightening-flash bendwise sinister, singly fracted, both Or.

NOTE: the lighting-flash as sketched below (A) is not the same thing as the traditional heraldic thunderbolt sketched in (B). Remember that a bird is never "armed," even if it is a bird of prey; if its beak is of a different tincture from its body it is "beaked" of that tincture; if its legs, including the feet and claws, are of a different tincture, it is "membered" of that tincture. (The case does not apply to this fellow but this is a good time to bring it up.)

FOR THE KINGDOM OF THE EAST

Cassandra of Beth'lem. Argent, a human eye lidded vert. - 5 b.p.

El of the Two Knives, Seneschal. Sable, two blunted swords inverted cojoined at the quillions within a bordure Or.

Mieczcienki Duch-Kozak (know to his friends as "Mitch"; can you doubt it?). Gules, a broken sword chevronwise and in chief an eagle displayed argent.

NOTE: by convention the point of this sword will be to dexter. We probably don't need to spell it out for all you intelligent heralds, but the College of Arms has always made it a policy to err on the side of redundancy, rather than insufficiency, of information.

Theodore the Emerald. Vert, on a chevron Or three brilliant-cut emeralds from above proper. + 5 b.p.
NOTE: If you do not know what a brilliant-cut emerald looks like from above, ask your local jeweller. This is what is sketched on the form sent to the Imperial College of Arms.

Yani. Azure, a nag's head couped argent crined sable bridled gules between three Maltese crosses fitchy Or, all within a bordure vair. - 5 b.p.
NOTE: This one really approaches the limit of busy-ness that the College of Arms is prepared to tolerate. Because it is so complicated visually, it is (a) harder for an artist to emblazon, and (b) harder for an observer to recognize at a distance.

FOR THE MIDDLE KINGDOM

Duke Cariadoc of the Bow, K.S.C.A.. Argent, a griffin segreant azure drawing a bow vert, in chief an increscent Or fimbriated sable.

Duchess Diana Alene, O.L., O.R.. Or, a griffin segreant azure drawing a bow vert; in chief and increscent argent fimbriated sable.

March of the Marshes. Argent, a pale and base échancré at the points of juncture gules, overall in chief a laurel wreath vert.

NOTE: an ordinary pale and base looks likes (A); a pale and base échancré at the juncture looks like (B).
