* Shire of Coill Ordha: Vert, within a Laurel wreath argent, on a Roundel azure fimbriated argent, an estoile argent.

* Wilhelm of Ness, the Seafighter: Argent, a Wolf's head erased sinister-facing between two pales gules.

From the Kingdom of Atenveldt:

* Rhiannon ab Llyr: Argent, upon a chevron cotised azure, three Ravens displayed argent, the chiefmost Or.

* Elizabeth: Checky argent and vert, a Horse's head couped sable (+5 bp)

* Helmer Marcellus du Corbier: Sable, a Leatherback Or. (+5 bp)

* Michael the Lost: Argent, two bars gemelles gules and Or fimbriated sable, in base a double-peaked mountain couped at the base sable and in canton a roundel tierced per pale sable, Or and gules. (-5 bp for uglyness)

* Cassandra de la Mistral: Azure, a Boreas affrontee argent. (note: this is the conventionalized rendering of the Wind, as found on maps and such.)

* Reynard Crusadene of Foxmeer: (alteration of Arms): Per pale erminois and ermine, a bend sable; overall a Fox's head erased gules.

* Bronwynne an Harlick: Vert, on a bend cotised Or, three tulips palewise gules, slipped and leaved vert; a Bordure Or.

* Ross O' the Ridge, Baron Draconia: Gules, a Sun In Glory Issuant from a rocky base sable, fimbriated and chased argent, striding thereon and silhouetted against the Sun, a Palmer, robed, hooded and bearing a Staff sable: In chief a Dragon volant Or. [Hand-written note: Check re (???) Wise]

* George of Portcar: (badge): Sable, within an annulet sundered in chief argent, a tounge of flame gules, flabriated argent.

* Steven of Shadowkeep: Vert, a Bald Eagle (Haliaetus Leucecephalus) attacking to the sinister proper, fimbriated Or, In chief a Sun In Glory.

* Ioseph of Locksley (badge): Pendant from a leather strap of red-brown, edged sable, an Archer's tassel showing ten hanks alternately vert and argent, bound vert. (Head of Household and his Lady bind in Or. Household Seneschal binds in gules.)

* Elric of Erewhen: Sable, a Sword argent between two eyes gules, en soliel Or. (-5 bp for uglyness)

* The Barony of Draconia: Azure, Within a Laurel Wreath argent, a Dragon volant Or. (+15 bp. Beauthful!)

* The Shire of Ered Sûl: Azure, In base three mountain peaks vert, fimbriated and snow-capped argent; in canton. a Laurel Wreath argent.

The following devices, having been rejected by the Imperial College, and having been appealed to the Lord Laurel, are herewith registered with the College of Arms (both from Atenveldt):

* Ronald of Bywater: Azure, two flaunches Or; overall two Brown Bears sejant addorsed proper. (this was passed because we have a precedent for the usage of the "Brown Bear proper" in SCA heraldry already.)

* Edwin of Sthogaenam: Quarterly per saltire purpure and counter-ermine, on the breast of an Eagle displayed argent, a Latin Cross gules. (This was passed because the former objections to this device were proved mistaken.)

Note: Rejected devices may be appealed to the Laurel King of Arms by any member of the Imperial College. This must be done within 60 days of the Initial rejection, however, and good, solid documentation had better be forthcoming!

ADDENDA: (passed)

* Richard of Locksley (east): Sable, two chevronels, that in chief ensigned with a Castle Or and enfiled of a noose argent pendant from a Chief Or.
