NOTE TO STAFF (and others likely to attend the May meeting)

The CoA meeting for May 1983 will be a two-day event: Saturday, May 21, and Sunday, May 22. The meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m. each day and we hope to adjourn sometime around 6:00 or 7:00 (each day). The order of the day will be:

SATURDAY, MAY 21 (110 submissions)
Meridies 1/4
West 1/9
Atenveldt 1/30
Middle 2/1

SUNDAY, May 22 (129 submissions)

Meridies 2/4
East 2/10
East 2/17
Middle 2/21
East 2/24

We will have our usual potluck lunch each day, breaking about 1:30 to eat. Since we will be out of town for the Symposium, we ask each of you to call us about arranging for the potluck--call on Wednesday, May 18th, please. (Speak to our loyal mechanical servant if we're not here.)

We are not asking any of you to attend both days; if you wish, however, we'll be more than glad to have you both days. When you call for the potluck, also leave word as to which day/s you will attend.
