d. Other officers: as established by kingdom law and custom. Must include more than one signature, and must include royalty.

This warrant form supersedes all previous versions. Once it has been completed, copies must be sent to all parties involved in the execution of the warrant. It will serve as formal proof of appointment for any officer.

This form may be photocopied or reproduced in any mechanical medium that preserves the complete text. No alterations are permitted, except for the establishment of consolidated warrants prepared as described in Governing and Policy Decision #9.
