Herein are corrections to various Letters of Acceptances and Returns.

Corrections to the April 1991 LoAR

ANSTEORRA

Arnolda Kolfinna O'Comhraidhe of Inis Celtra. Device. Argent, on a pale endorsed between two oak slips fructed azure, an eagle's head erased and facing sinister argent.

Sorry, Laurel didn't mean to make them "alk slipps". (Guess I must have "slipped up", huh?)

Corrections to the March 1991 LoAR

MIDDLE

Mirielda Grey. Device. Gules, a rose argent, barbed vert, seeded of a heart gules, within a bordure argent crusilly formy gules.

The LoAR mistakenly had the bordure "charged crusilly".

Corrections to the February 1991 LoAR

CAID

Wintermist, Shire of. Their device which was released through a device change is Gules, two cubit arms Or, issuant from a cloud argent and maintaining a laurel wreath Or.

EAST

Liadin ni Chléirigh na Coille. Name.

The LoAR neglected to mention that while the name was submitted as Liadin ni Chléirigh na Coillte, we corrected the grammar to give the submitter the desired meaning (saving larger changes which would have been required owing to aspiration and eclipsis.

Mathilde des Pyrenees. Device. Vert, a Great Pyrenees dog sejant guardant, dexter forepaw raised, argent within an orle of fleurs-de-lys Or.
The LoAR blazoned it as "an orle of fleur-de-lys", a good trick if you can do it.

MERIDIES

Isabel de Umfreville. Name.

The LoAR neglected to mention that though the LoI gave the byname as "de Unfreville", the registered form is what appeared on the forms.

Corrections to the August 1990 LoAR

OUTLANDS

Dragonsspine, Barony of. Device change. Or, four gyrons in chief azure, their points conjoined and surmounted by a wingless dragon dormant purpure, in base a laurel wreath vert.

This correction cleans up the blazon, making the position of the gyrons clearer.

Fortunata Cercasapienza. Device. Azure, on a scroll unrolled fesswise proper a candle and holder azure, enflamed proper, on a point pointed Or a quill pen azure.
The LoAR accidentally left out the tincture of the point.

Corrections to the July 1990 LoAR

CAID

Ascelyn Fraser Sommerhawke. Device change. Per pale argent and sable, two hawks striking respectant counterchanged, all within a bordure gules.

This should have been noted as a device change. The submitter's previously registered device, Per pall purpure, vert and Or, a sun Or, a Celtic cross argent and a wyvern erect gules, is released.

Casia Thessalonica apo Constantinopolis. Device. Purpure, crusilly Latin argent, on a double-headed eagle Or a Latin cross purpure.
This is a correction to the blazon to use a single term rather than two to describe the same type of cross (both the semy and the tertiary).

Eden Elizabeth McNab Sommerhawke. Device change.
Her previously registered device, Per bend sinister argent and vert, a Celtic cross within and surmounting shamrocks palewise in annulo counterchanged, in chief a hawk migrant sable, is to be retained as a badge.

Corrections to the June 1990 LoAR

CAID

Aleksandr Bogoliubskii. Device. Gyronny vert and Or, a ferret bendwise sinister contourny argent.

The LoAR blazoned the ferret as "bendwise sinister -to sinister".

CALONTIR

Adrian Conquest. Device. Per saltire erminois and sable, in fess two dragon's heads couped and respectant Or.

The LoAR had blazoned the heads as "aspectant".

OUTLANDS

Tess of the Crossings. Device. Or, on a pale bretassy sable between two roses, slipped and leaved, proper, a thunderbolt palewise Or.

This correction accidentally left out the tincture of the pale.

WEST

Alaine Bartholomieu Lorenz. Change of blazon.

While the text of the blazon needs no correction, the correction should have been listed under the client's new name, rather than the one he changed from, Alaine de Rue Vert of Dragon Vale.

Corrections to the May 1990 LoAR

ATLANTIA

Kendrick del Grenewode. Name.

This name was accidentally listed under the Returns. It should have been registered at this meeting.

Corrections to the January 1990 LoAR

CAID

Klas Steinelehne. Name.

The LoAR accidentally dropped the "i" from the byname.

Corrections to the Armorial and Ordinary

Andrew MacKay. Device. Sable, mullety pierced, an eagle striking, wings elevated and addorsed, argent, armed Or, in chief a decrescent argent.

On the LoAR (11/89) the blazon had the tincture of the eagle before mentioning the wings.

Elizabeth Saint Clair. Device. Vert, two goblets in fess between three mullets of eight points Or.
The LoAR (11/89) had the three mullets in fess.

Fenwood Knoll, College of. Device. Vert, an annulet Or surmounted by a crane statant in its vigilance to sinister, wings displayed, argent, in chief two laurel wreaths Or.
On the LoAR (6/90), the position of the wings was accidentally left out of the blazon.

Gad Waldbär. Badge. Azure, a winged arrow fesswise, point to dexter, wings elevated and addorsed, argent.
The LoAR (11/89) left off the arrow's tincture.

Huette Aliza von un zu Ahrens un Mechthildberg. Device. Purpure, a dragon with the head and wings of an eagle couchant, wings addorsed, Or.
The LoAR (01/85) blazoned the wings as "displayed and addorsed", a good trick if you can do it. [Don't try it!]
