On the October 1993 LoAR:

WEST

Marion Weaver of the Wilde Woode. Name.

This was listed on the LoAR as Marion the Weaver of the Wilde Woode, but the above is the submitted form.

On the March 1994 LoAR:

WEST

Michael von Kieselbach. Device.

Listed in the LoAR as Michael von Keisselbach, the above was the form registered in the January 1994 LoAR.

On the Errata Letter of May 13, 1994:

Brilliana de Montreau. Device. Party of six pieces purpure and Or, three fleurs-de-lys Or.

The field was incorrectly "corrected" to "checky of nine" on the Errata Letter. [I tell you, some days it just doesn't pay to get up in the morning! J]
