Unto the members of the College of Arms does Shayk Da'ud ibn Auda, Laurel King of Arms, send heartfelt Greetings!

My Lords and Ladies,

Herein are corrections to Letters of Acceptances and Returns and the Armorial and Ordinary.

LoAR of August 1994

CAID

Lisa of Dun Or. Holding name and device. Per bend sinister azure and vert, a hummingbird rising, wings elevated and addorsed, argent and a Celtic cross Or.

Submitted (and listed in the LoI as) Elspeth nic Léighinn, the name had been returned in the April 1994 LoAR.

LoAR of July 1994

CALONTIR

Kazimierz Samostrelov. Device. Per pale argent and Or, three arrows bendwise fretted with three others bendwise sinister sable, on a chief azure a bow Or.

The LoAR accidentally left off the charged chief. (Sorry!)

LoAR of November 1993

ANSTEORRA

Elwyn Halfmoon. Device change. Azure, on a bend sinister between two decrescents Or, three mullets sable.

The word "decrescents" accidentally dropped the second "c".

WEST

Dirk von den Schwarzenkatzen. Device. Argent, a lion rampant contourny, queue forchy, on a chief sable three hearts argent.

The previously registered name was typoed on the LoAR.

Mwynwenn ferch Maelsnectain. Device. Pean, on a pile Or a calla lily slipped and leaved proper.

The previously registered name was typoed on the LoAR.

LoAR of May 1993

ATLANTIA

Godfrey of Huntington. Device. Per pale Or and sable, a griffin and in chief a label counterchanged.

Listed in the LoI as a device resubmission, this should have been listed as a device change. The submitter releases his previously registered device, Gyronny Or and gules, a dragon's head erased sable, and in dexter chief a hand argent.

Armorial and Ordinary

Skraeling Althing, Barony of. [Fieldless] A lyre Or sustained by two hares salient respectant sable.

Blazoned with the rabbits "maintaining" the lyer, the lyre is in fact larger than the hares holding it. We are therefore reblazoning them as secondary charges sustaining it.

Sofia of Blackhawk. Holding name and device. Or fretty sable, on a heart gules a Heneage knot Or, all within a bordure gules.

(Submitted as Sofia of Brandenburg.) Registered in the LoAR of July 1989, this somehow has never made it into the A&O.
