The name appeared in the LoI and should have been registered as above, rather than Teleri ferch Paul as it appeared in the LoAR

Submitted on the LoI as Tangwystl ferch Morgana, the name had been registered as above in the December 1993 LoAR.

The LoAR accidentally dropped the tincture of the secondary charge.
