In both the name being registered and the one being changed, the second "m" in the given had been accidentally deleted.

Armorial and Ordinary

Katja Dara. Device. Per chevron vert and sable, a lotus flower in profile argent.

The earlier registration neglected to specify the orientation of the flower, which has no default and so must be specifically blazoned.
