Unto the members of the College of Arms does Shayk Da'ud ibn Auda, Laurel King of Arms, send heartfelt Greetings!
Herein are corrections to various Letters of Acceptances and Returns and the Armorial and Ordinary.

April 1996 LoAR

AN TIR

Eoin Mac Cainnigh. Household name and badge for Clan MacKenzie of Ben Duff. Gules, a stag's head caboshed Or between the attires a coney couchant argent.

The header for this entry in the LoAR accidentally retained the originally submitted name of Clann Mac Cainnigh an Beinn Dubh. (I'm just going to have to watch my macros a little closer. J Da'ud)

February 1996 LoAR

TRIMARIS

Trimaris, Kingdom of. Name and badge for the Order of the Argent Rainbow of Trimaris. Azure, a rainbow argent.

The LoAR badly misspelled the tincture of the charge.

December 1995 LoAR

ATLANTIA

Gruffudd ap Cadfael. Name and device. Gules, a cross crosslet fitchy between flaunches Or each flaunch charged with a griffin gules.

The LoAR accidentally dropped the tincture of the flaunches.

April 1995 LoAR

ATLANTIA

Kyneburh Boithuile. Device.

The byname was typoed in the LoAR, accidentally substituting a "t" for the first "i".

CAID

Fritz der Gefolgsmann. Device. Gules, on a bend sinister between two hangman's nooses Or, a winged boot palewise sable.

The entry in the LoAR accidentally dropped the final "n" in the byname, and typoed the hangman's nooses as hangman's "noses".

March 1995 LoAR

CAID

John of the Angels. Holding name and device. Or, on a pall inverted purpure between three boar's heads couped sable, three trefoils Or.

The LoAR had the boar's heads in the singular.

Kinokuniya Hayato. Name.

The LoAR accidentally typoed the first "n" in the surname as an "m".

DRACHENWALD

Drei Eichen, Barony of. Badge. Azure, a penannular brooch and in chief an acorn Or.

Submitted along with an order name for Ordo Honestus, which name was returned, the badge itself should have been listed in Acceptances, as it was registered.

February 1995 LoAR

ATLANTIA

Malcolm MacMalcolm. Household name for House Krebshafen.

The LoAR accidentally dropped the second "l" from the patronymic.

CAID

Ristil ingen Cathail. Device. Per fess vert and azure, two escalloped argent and a sea-horse naiant reguardant argent tailed vert, a bordure embattled argent.

The bordure was mistakenly blazoned as "counterchanged", which wold be color on color.

Armorial and Ordinary

Atlantia, Kingdom of. Badge for the Order of the Golden Dolphin. Per chevron enhanced engrailed argent and azure, in base a dolphin naiant to sinister Or.

The April 1981 LoAR called the line of division "invected".

Flora Sutherlarach. Badge. Argent, on a hurt indented a dove's head couped at the shoulders argent.

The field was accidentally blazoned as "azure", which would make the hurt effectively invisible.

Roberta Tyrell. Device. Per fess gules and Or, two snow leopards rampant addorsed argent and three chevronels braced gules.

The tincture of the leopards went missing somehow.

Caoimhghin of Gyldenholt. Device. Per pale vert and argent chaussé, a horse's head erased and sinister-facing, all counterchanged.

An earlier blazon correction accidentally reversed the order of all the tinctures.

Domhnall Mac Giolla Bhrighde. Device. Azure, a stag springing to sinister argent, on a chief dovetailed Or two estoiles of eight points sable.

An earlier blazon correction accidentally dropped the orientation to sinister of the primary charge.

Berhtrad Athalbrand von Strassburg. Device change. Quarterly azure and gules, on a bend sinister argent a sword sable, in dexter chief an opicinus statant argent.

The LoAR noted only that this was a device; it is a device change. His previously registered device, Quarterly azure and gules, on a bend sinister between an opicinus statant and a crescent argent, a sword sable, was released.

Gregory of York. Blazon correction. Argent, a falcon striking, wings displayed proper, on a chief azure three roses argent, each charged with a rose Or, fimbriated sable, all barbed and seeded proper.

The blazon correction accidentally changed the field from argent to azure, making the primary color on color and rendering the chief invisible.

Mary of Meridies. Holding name and device. Per chevron throughout engrailed argent and purpure, three thistles counterchanged.

The LoAR accidentally dropped the tinctures of the field (and hence, the charges, as well).

Robert de Lacey. Change of name from Thorgunn Harolfsson and device. Sable, a Latin cross argent and in chief sword fesswise proper maintained by a sinister cubit arm palewise argent.

The LoAR accidentally dropped the tincture of the cross.
