Not all letters of intent may be considered when they are originally scheduled on this cover letter. The date of mailing of the LoI, date of receipt of the Laurel packet, or other factors may delay consideration of certain letters of intent. Additionally, some letters of intent received may not have been scheduled because the administrative requirements (receipt of the forms packet, receipt of the necessary fees, etc.) have not yet been met.

REMINDER: Until the packet containing the paperwork is received, the letter may not be scheduled.

Administrative Handbook

The final draft of the Administrative Handbook is included with this letter. While there have been a number of changes from the previous draft, the changes are primarily minor wording changes taken from commentary with the exception of the text for the Heraldic Wills, where we decided to use Electrum's suggested text in full. Therefore I will not be sending this through another full round of commentary, especially as I must present this to the board in late June. I am open to last minute suggestions for minor changes, and I intend to change Appendices A and C to reflect the new governing documents once the Board makes them available to the membership. Outside of that, this should be the final copy.
