This letter contains the issues raised in the October and November 2002 LoARs for CoA discussion. The text in this letter is copied verbatim from those LoARs; it is provided here for convenience. As with a January LoI, these matters are currently scheduled for the Laurel meetings in May 2003. Original commentary must be in the College's hands no later than March 31, 2003. Responses and rebuttals to commentary must be in the College's hands no later than April 30, 2003. 1. Tressach mac Domnaill. Device. Per bend sable and gules, a bend wavy Or and in chief a dogwood blossom argent. The field was originally blazoned as Per bend gules and sable. This must be pended for further research. (This submission was originally item 17 on An Tir's LoI of. June 28, 2002, and was pended on the October 2002 LoAR.) 2. Zhigmun' Broghammer. Device. Erminois, a Caucasian frauenadler displayed proper crined and feathered sable all within a bordure azure. The bordure was omitted from the original blazon, so this must be pended for further research. A letter of correction was issued in October 2002, but this was too late to allow timely primary commentary on this July 2002 submission. (This submission was originally item 15 on Atenveldt's LoI of July 15, 2002, and was pended on the November 2002 LoAR.)
