* Thorkatla Herjolfsdottir. Name change from Octavia Rosa di Bari.

When her name was submitted in August 1999, it was listed on the LoI as a new name, instead of a name change. We have since confirmed that was in error, and the submission should have been a name change. The name Octavia Rosa di Bari is retained as an alternate name.

January 2003

* Bell Phoebe de Givet. Alternate name Barberella de Normandie.

When her alternate name was registered, the LoAR misspelled her primary name as Bele Phoebe de Givet.

* Angels, Barony of the. Badge association for Order of Apollo. Gules, a lyre Or within two wings conjoined argent.

When this badge association was made, the association was incorrectly attributed to Order of the Apollo instead of the registered Order of Apollo.
