  Thorkatla Herjolfsdottir. Name change from Octavia Rosa di Bari.

      When her name was submitted in August 1999, it was listed on the
      LoI as a new name, instead of a name change. We have since
      confirmed that was in error, and the submission should have been
      a name change. The name "Octavia Rosa di Bari" is retained as an
      alternate name.

  Bell Phoebe de Givet. Alternate name Barberella de Normandie.

      When her alternate name was registered, the LoAR misspelled her
      primary name as "Bel_e_ Phoebe de Givet".

  a lyre Or within two wings conjoined argent.

      When this badge association was made, the association was
      incorrectly attributed to "Order of _the_ Apollo" instead of the
      registered "Order of Apollo".
