  Duncan Sinclair the Cordwainer. Name change from holding name Duncan
  of the Middle.

      When his name was registered, the form and LoI indicated that it
      was a resubmitted name, but not that a holding name had been
      previously made in November 2011. We are correcting that
      oversight.

***** August 2015 *****

  Beatrice de Warynton. Device change. Azure, in pale two
  seebl{a:}tter argent.

      When her device was registered, the LoAR and LoI failed to note
      that this was a device change. The form, however, is explicit.
      Her previous device, "Argent, a peacock and on a chief embattled
      azure three crescents argent", is retained as a badge.

      gules and a flowering woodbine vert flowed Or entwined", the
      LoAR misspelled _flowered_.
