Archive of Laurel Letters

Archive of Laurel Letters

These are letters issued by the past and present Laurel Sovereigns of Arms, containing decisions on names and armory, corrections, schedules, policy changes, etc. In addition to the monthly Letters of Acceptances and Returns (LoARs) certain other official correspondence may be found here.

Disclaimers:

The Laurel letters are historical records of the SCA College of Arms. The College's standards have changed dramatically over time. Newer rulings override old ones, so rulings appearing in old letters do not necessarily indicate the current policies and practices of the College.

The HTML versions are not as authoritative as the original paper documents. In case of discrepency, the originals are authoritative.

These pages are always under construction. You may encounter dead links and missing index pages.

An RSS feed is available that is updated daily.
