RE: SPEED OF DEVICE REGISTRATION

Effective this date, you are asked to send in your devices within three days, either way, of the first of every month.... Or earlier, if possible.

Then, on the last day of each month, this Office shall review the current load, and pass/reject as is necessary.

The letters to you should then go out, on a regular basis, on or about the first of each month, depending on when we can get to the Wizard Xerox.

This will also have the advantage of a simply remembered date that your collective objections and comments must be received by.

This is to notify you that MOST, if not all, of the files are now in the hands of this Office, and the backlog should be completely cleared up by 1 June, 1973. If we do not have a file, and you sent in the list of devices outstanding as you were asked, then we shall tell you, and shall ask for a new application, without fee.

For the Current Middle Ages, We remain,

IOSEPH, LD. LOCKSLEY, O.L.
