      When the new name was registered, the old name was listed as
      released. Both the form and the Letter of Intent specify that
      the name should have been retained as an alternate name.

      Her old name, "A{i'}bell Sh{u'}lglas", is retained as an
      alternate name.

  Talena Blackwolf of Evanshire. Name change from holding name Talena
  of Western Seas.

      Listed on the LoAR as a new name, it should have been listed as
      a name change so that the armory, "Sable, a mullet within the
      horns of a decrescent argent, all within a bordure argent, semy
      of leaves vert", was properly associated with the new name.
