  William Brannan. Name change from holding name William of Glyn Dwfn.

      Appearing on the LoAR as a name, the submitter's armory had been
      registered under a holding name when the name was originally
      returned. This submission was an appeal of that return, the
      holding name was mentioned, and the action should have
      transferred the armory and released the holding name.
