  Angus Gove Mackinnon. Name change from holding name Todd of
  Northwoods.

      When his name was registered, the LoAR neglected to note that
      this was a change of holding name.

***** July 1998 *****

**** Outlands ****

  Catelin Mactaggart. Name correction from Catelin Mackinsagart.

      When this name was registered, the LoAR noted that it was a
      correction from the previously-registered "Catelin
      Mackinsagart", but it wasn't listed as an errata or as a name
      correction. We are correcting the mistake; her previous name
      "Catelin Mackinsagart" is released.

  Solomon Gerdawr. Name change from Solamh Siridhe.

      When his name was registered, the LoAR listed it as a new name
      instead of as a name change. His previous name, "Solamh
      Siridhe", is retained as an alternate name.

***** April 2004 *****

**** Lochac ****

  Saint Crispin, College of. Device. Azure, a seahorse within a laurel
  wreath and on a chief invected argent a lymphad gules.

      This registration should have appeared on the April 2004 LoAR.
      Instead, it was unfortunately combined with the Canton of
      Cluain, whose name and device were also pended, but which were
      listed on the LoAR as Cluain's name and Saint Crispin's device.
      This was partially corrected on the Laurel Letter of Pends and
      Discussion for July 2004, where it listed Cluain's correct
      device and stated "The device for the other branch was
      registered in May 2004 under the correct branch name." However,
      there is no mention on the May 2004 LoAR of Saint Crispin's
      device either. Cluain's name and correct device were accepted on
      the January 2005 LoAR, but Saint Crispin's device fell entirely
      through the cracks.

  Etain of Darach.

      When her name was registered, the LoAR neglected to note that it
      was a change of holding name.

**** Atlantia ****

  Klaus J{a:}ger. Name change from Niccolo Giovanni.

      When his name was registered, the Letter of Intent neglected to
      note that it was actually a name change. The kingdom later
      caught the error and submitted the change on their January 2016
      Letter of Intent. The submitter's previous name, "Niccolo
      Giovanni", is released.
