Howdy!

The database has been updated to include the September 2019 LoAR.

There are no changes to my.cat this month.

Armory registered with an artist's note will now have a note in the 
database "Artist's note: see LoAR for details". 

This should increase the likelihood that people will be aware that 
there is something to check on the LoAR. 

http://oanda.sca.org/dbdiffs/dbdiffs_1909.txt lists the added, changed, and deleted
records in the database. 

There is an RSS feed of LoARs at feed://heraldry.sca.org/loar/loar.rss that is 
updated daily.
