Appearing on the March 1997 LoAR as Per pale azure and Or, an owl affronty counterchanged maintaining an embroider's broach fesswise gules, in chief a roundel between an increscent and a decrescent counterchanged argent and azure, the order of the charges in chief was reversed -- the dexter charge is a decrescent and the sinister charge is an increscent. Additionally, the maintained charge was misspelled, it is an embroiderer's broach.
