What is the Society for Creative Anachronism?

Who is the Laurel Sovereign of Arms?

The Laurel Sovereign of Arms is the chief heraldic officer of the Society for Creative Anachronism. The office is filled by a volunteer, appointed by the SCA's Board of Directors.
